I’m Erin Langley, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned in my years of theater education and directing, it’s this: Theater changes lives. I’ve spent decades working with students, helping them discover their potential, build resilience, and become leaders—not just on stage, but in life. I’ve founded and directed programs like the Eastern Shore Repertory Theatre and led productions in places as iconic as Central Park in NYC. But more than that, I’m passionate about helping YOU unlock your full potential.
